He is not known to Xeno.<\/p>\n<p>Xeno makes an API call to Marketo with the Marketo cookie of the device and retrieves the information of the person if he is known to Marketo. It will try to identify the right person first via the Marketo id, then the email, then the cookie; the Marketo id is then stored in the Xeno database for future visits and to be able to recognize him\/her right away.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;cookification&#8221; of people is a major issue because without it, no digital journey, no scoring, nothing. So having a way to increase the rate is very interesting.<\/p>\n<p>Once this recognition stage is over, the bi-directional synchronization of fields between Marketo and Xeno for known people is then started.<\/p>\n<h4>2\/Update of the person in Marketo<\/h4>\n<p>In the other way, once a conversation is finished, the person is :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Either created in Marketo if it didn&#8217;t exist yet and linked with its cookie (there exists before the creation just a record identified by the cookie and the IP; Marketo can then merge this record with a new person identified by its email, and retrieve the past digital journey)<\/li>\n<li>And\/or once created, updated if it was already known on the person&#8217;s fields and a custom activity is created in the activity log (type &#8220;Had a conversation with the chatbot&#8221;, &#8220;Made an appointment&#8221;, &#8220;Chatted with so-and-so&#8221;&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3\/ Enriching Xeno &#8211; Future evolution<\/h4>\n<p>Xeno could rely on the person&#8217;s information stored in Marketo to allow <strong>more targeted<\/strong> actions.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Xeno could rely on Marketo&#8217;s <strong>behavioral<\/strong> data to trigger actions. In this case quite often, we &#8220;prepare&#8221; the data in Marketo by storing people in static lists that can be easily called by API.<\/p>\n<p>Example:<br \/>\nI store in a static list the registrants to my future webinar. When the person arrives on the site, I can greet him or her either by saying &#8220;Thank you for registering for the webinar&#8221; if he or she is in the list, or &#8220;Did you know we are organizing a webinar&#8230;&#8221; if he or she is not.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"h-4-newsletter-evolution-future\">4\/ Newsletter \u2013 Future evolution<\/h4>\n<p>The Xeno newsletter form could be connected to the Marketo newsletter form; when I fill in the Xeno form, it&#8217;s like filling in the Marketo form.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"h-5-animation-de-lp-marketo-evolution-future\">5\/ LP Marketo&#8217;s animation &#8211; Future evolution<\/h4>\n<p>Being able to replace a &#8220;static&#8221; Marketo form on an LP with a <strong>conversation<\/strong> that asks for the same information, and once the conversation is over, making &#8220;as if&#8221; the Marketo form had been filled out (goes back to point 4) &gt; keeps the scoring.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"h-6-webhook-evolution-future\">6\/ Webhook \u2013 Future evolution<\/h4>\n<p>Marketo can <strong>trigger<\/strong> webhooks that plug into APIs, but I haven&#8217;t dug into it yet ???<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-pourquoi-j-ai-choisi-xeno-comme-solution-de-marketing-conversationnel\">Why did I choose Xeno as my conversational marketing solution?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Xeno brings together in one solution several disparate tools that I use or that I was looking for: an internal chat solution, a live chat with the outside world, a chatbot, an appointment scheduling solution integrated with our calendars, a video conferencing solution. Tr&amp;egrave;s pratique pour les &amp;eacute;diteurs de logiciels qui peuvent mettre ici les nouveaut&amp;eacute;s de la derni&amp;egrave;re version. Int&amp;eacute;grations  L&amp;rsquo;int&amp;eacute;gration est tr&amp;egrave;s simple &amp;agrave; mettre en place avec votre site web (type munchkin code comme Marketo), Facebook ou Twitter (renseigner vos identifiants).  Pour ma part, j&amp;rsquo;ai not&amp;eacute; l&amp;rsquo;int&amp;eacute;gration bi directionnelle avec Salesforce et d&amp;rsquo;autres CRMs. Les champs sont synchronis&amp;eacute;s, et les rendez-vous redescendent dans le CRM (plus de d&amp;eacute;tails dans un prochain Marketo Office Hours).  Marketing conversationnel et Marketing Automation, comment cela fonctionne ?  \/\/ mis &amp;agrave; jour le 1er f&amp;eacute;vrier 2021 \/\/ Nous avons fini de d&amp;eacute;velopper l&amp;rsquo;int&amp;eacute;gration, mais voici la liste que j&amp;rsquo;ai adress&amp;eacute;e au P&amp;egrave;re No&amp;euml;l et qui a &amp;eacute;t&amp;eacute; int&amp;eacute;gr&amp;eacute; (attention, c&amp;rsquo;est un peu technique, si vous voulez en parler, appelez-moi &amp;eth;\u009f\u0098\u008a ):  1\/ Identification des anonymes  Un visiteur arrive sur le site web d&amp;rsquo;une entreprise &amp;eacute;quip&amp;eacute;e de Marketo, et commence une discussion dans Xeno. Il n&amp;rsquo;est pas connu de Xeno.  Xeno fait un appel API chez Marketo avec le cookie Marketo du device et r&amp;eacute;cup&amp;egrave;re les informations de la personne si elle est connue de Marketo. Il va essayer d&amp;rsquo;identifier la bonne personne d&amp;rsquo;abord via l&amp;rsquo;Id Marketo, puis l&amp;rsquo;email, puis le cookie; l&amp;rsquo;id Marketo est ensuite stock&amp;eacute; dans la base Xeno pour de futures visites et pouvoir la reconna&amp;icirc;tre tout de suite.  La &amp;laquo;cookification&amp;raquo; des personnes est un sujet majeur car sans elle, pas de parcours digital, pas de scoring, rien.. Donc avoir un moyen d&amp;rsquo;augmenter le taux est tr&amp;egrave;s int&amp;eacute;ressant.  Une fois cette &amp;eacute;tape de reconnaissance pass&amp;eacute;e, la synchronisation des champs en bi-directionnelle entre Marketo et Xeno pour les personnes connues est ensuite enclench&amp;eacute;e.  2\/ Mise &amp;agrave; jour de la personne dans Marketo  Dans l&amp;rsquo;autre sens, une fois une conversation termin&amp;eacute;e, la personne est :   Soit cr&amp;eacute;&amp;eacute;e dans Marketo si elle n&amp;rsquo;existait pas encore et li&amp;eacute;e avec son cookie (il existe avant la cr&amp;eacute;ation juste un record identifi&amp;eacute; par le cookie et l&amp;rsquo;IP; Marketo peut alors fusionner ce record avec une nouvelle personne identifi&amp;eacute;e par son email, et r&amp;eacute;cup&amp;eacute;rer le parcours digital pass&amp;eacute;)  Et\/ou une fois cr&amp;eacute;&amp;eacute;e, mise &amp;agrave; jour si elle &amp;eacute;tait d&amp;eacute;j&amp;agrave; connue sur les champs de la personne et une activit&amp;eacute; custom est cr&amp;eacute;&amp;eacute;e dans le journal d&amp;rsquo;activit&amp;eacute; (type &amp;laquo;A eu une conversation avec le chatbot&amp;raquo;, &amp;laquo;A pris rendez-vous&amp;raquo;, &amp;laquo;a discut&amp;eacute; avec untel&amp;raquo;&amp;hellip;)   3\/ Enrichissement de Xeno &amp;ndash; Evolution future  Xeno pourrait s&amp;rsquo;appuyer sur les informations de la personne stock&amp;eacute;es dans Marketo pour permettre desactions plus cibl&amp;eacute;es.
