They are recognized and managed in a particular way. Quite often, the same &#8220;bad&#8221; values come up. The next step below, allows to get the pro email.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-enrichissement-avec-dropcontact-io\">Enrichment with Dropcontact.io<\/h3>\n<p>For some interesting contacts (hot, or attached to certain campaigns), a call to Dropcontact.io will enrich the contact + account form with a lot of data.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is once again to avoid asking the visitor for information that can be collected elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-data-quality-marketo-au-niveau-de-la-base-de-donn-es\">Data Quality Marketo at the database level<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"h-suppression-des-contacts-dans-marketo-et-salesforce\">Deleting contacts in Marketo and Salesforce<\/h3>\n<p>We have a campaign running to detect deletions of people in Salesforce and replicate them in Marketo so we don&#8217;t have inconsistencies.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-d-doublonnage-avec-cloudingo\">Deduplication with Cloudingo<\/h3>\n<p>Cloudingo can detect similar contacts or accounts up to a certain threshold and automate the merging of these contacts or accounts. Protection des formulaires contre les num&amp;eacute;ros de t&amp;eacute;l bidons    Idem, il est possible d&amp;rsquo;emp&amp;ecirc;cher une personne d&amp;rsquo;entrer un num&amp;eacute;ro de t&amp;eacute;l&amp;eacute;phone de type &amp;ldquo;0102030405&amp;rdquo;, ou tout autre chaine de caract&amp;egrave;res suspecte.   Gestion des concurrents    Pratique pour que vos concurrents ne t&amp;eacute;l&amp;eacute;chargent pas tous vos contenus, ou qu&amp;rsquo;ils s&amp;rsquo;inscrivent &amp;agrave; vos &amp;eacute;v&amp;eacute;nements. Ils sont reconnus et g&amp;eacute;r&amp;eacute;s d&amp;rsquo;une mani&amp;egrave;re particuli&amp;egrave;re. A vous de la d&amp;eacute;finir ;-)   Enrichissement des civilit&amp;eacute;s    Il est possible de d&amp;eacute;duire automatiquement la civilit&amp;eacute; d&amp;rsquo;une personne, qui vient d&amp;rsquo;entrer un formulaire, &amp;agrave; partir de son pr&amp;eacute;nom. Autant de donn&amp;eacute;es que l&amp;rsquo;on a pas &amp;agrave; demander au visiteur ou &amp;agrave; l&amp;rsquo;utilisateur du CRM.   Correction des Pays    Eternel sujet, les mauvaises valeurs dans les listes de valeurs. Assez souvent,ce sont les m&amp;ecirc;mes &amp;ldquo;mauvaises&amp;rdquo; valeurs qui reviennent. Identifiez-les d&amp;egrave;s leur entr&amp;eacute;e dans Marketo et remplacez-les par la bonne valeur.  Ce type de campagne est valable pour tout champ avec des donn&amp;eacute;es &amp;ldquo;arr&amp;ecirc;t&amp;eacute;es&amp;rdquo; pour lesquelles les valeurs acceptables sont dans une liste fixe.   Gestion Email pro \/ perso avec CaptainVerify    C&amp;rsquo;est un syst&amp;egrave;me en plusieurs temps que nous avons chez Merlin\/Leonard. Lorsqu&amp;rsquo;une personne entre un formulaire, nous appelons CaptainVerify pour avoir des informations sur la validit&amp;eacute; de l&amp;rsquo;email entr&amp;eacute; (invalide \/ email pi&amp;egrave;ge \/ email perso \/ email g&amp;eacute;n&amp;eacute;rique&amp;hellip;) puis nous historisons cet email dans un champ Email perso s&amp;rsquo;il tombe dans ce cas. L&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;tape d&amp;rsquo;apr&amp;egrave;s ci-dessous, permet d&amp;rsquo;aller chercher l&amp;rsquo;email pro.   Enrichissement avec Dropcontact.io    Pour certains contacts int&amp;eacute;ressants (chauds, ou attach&amp;eacute;s &amp;agrave; certaines campagnes), un appel chez Dropcontact.io va permettre d&amp;rsquo;enrichir la fiche contact + compte avec beaucoup de donn&amp;eacute;es.  L&amp;rsquo;id&amp;eacute;e est encore une fois d&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;viter de demander des informations au visiteur que l&amp;rsquo;on peut collecter ailleurs.   Suppression des contacts dans Marketo et Salesforce    Nous avons une campagne qui tourne pour d&amp;eacute;tecter les suppressions de personnes dans Salesforce et les r&amp;eacute;pliquer dans Marketo afin de ne pas avoir d&amp;rsquo;incoh&amp;eacute;rences.   D&amp;eacute;doublonnage avec Cloudingo    Cloudingo permet de d&amp;eacute;tecter des contacts ou des comptes similaires jusqu&amp;rsquo;&amp;agrave; un certain seuil et d&amp;rsquo;automatiser la fusion de ces contacts ou comptes. Finis les corv&amp;eacute;es de la d&amp;eacute;tection de doublons et les d&amp;eacute;doublonnages manuels !
