dates in Marketo<\/h2>\n<p>Marketo allows you to make filters of the type &lt;field date&gt; is in past 1 year, which is quite practical.<br \/>\nBut be careful with these keywords, for example the keyword &#8220;year&#8221; refers to the calendar year, so from January 1 to December 31.\u00a0Same for Month from 1st to 30th or 31st of the month, or Week or Day.<\/p>\n<h2>2 &#8211; 3 \/ Multiple triggers and actions in the flow based on the field of one of the triggers<\/h2>\n<p>Marketo does not make a link between the triggers in the smart list tab and the actions in the flow.<\/p>\n<h2>4 \/ Sequence of actions when filling a form<\/h2>\n<p>Focus on the activity log when filling out a form in order to understand how the actions are chained in the database.<br \/>\nAnd thus position your filters correctly in relation to the &#8220;Fills out form&#8221; trigger.<\/p>\n<h2>5\/ Custom activities or how to enrich Marketo with actions in third party applications<\/h2>\n<p>It is quite easy to integrate new activities in Marketo that will be found in the activity log in order to track for example :<br \/>\n&#8211; that a person has registered on your customer area &#8211; that he\/she has logged in to your customer area<\/p>\n<p>Creating these &#8220;custom activiy&#8221; generates the associated trigger, the behavioral filter and the inactivity filter.<\/p>\n<h2>6\/ Enrich your business model with custo objects from your CRM<\/h2>\n<p>Very useful for your cross sell or up sell campaigns in Marketo: import in Marketo the purchases of your customers in terms of services or products in order to target them precisely.<\/p>\n<h2>7\/ Updating the Company fields in Marketo<\/h2>\n<p>Beware of the trap if you are connected to a CRM and you update a field carried by the &#8220;Company&#8221; object of a contact converted into a contact (OK that&#8217;s complete ;-))<br \/>\nThe changes will not be taken into account by the CRM because the company object is not master in MArketo, the CRM is.<\/p>\n<h2>8\/ Tracking actions over time to know that such and such an action took place before another one<\/h2>\n<p>This is another complicated subject but it happens more often than you think.<br \/>\nTypically &#8220;I would like to send an email to the people who visited my we offer page XX and who then registered for my webinar&#8221; Idem pour Month du 1er au 30 ou 31 du mois, ou Week ou Day.     2 - 3 \/ Triggers multiples et actions dans le flow qui se base sur le champ d'un des triggers  Marketo ne fait pas de lien entre d'un c&amp;ocirc;t&amp;eacute; les triggers qu'il y a dans l'onglet smart list, et de l'autre les actions du Flow.      4 \/ Encha&amp;icirc;nement d'actions lors du remplissage d'un formulaire  Focus sur l'activity log lors du remplissage d'un formulaire afin de bien comprendre comment s'encha&amp;icirc;nent les actions en base.   Et ainsi positionner correctement ses filtres par rapport au trigger &amp;quot;Fills out form&amp;quot;.     5\/ Les custom activities ou comment enrichir Marketo des actions dans les applications tierces  Il est assez facile d'int&amp;eacute;grer dans Marketo de nouvelles activit&amp;eacute;s qui vont se retrouver dans l'activity log afin de tracer par exemple :   - qu'un personne s'est enregistr&amp;eacute;e sur votre espace client  - qu'elle s'est loggu&amp;eacute;e &amp;agrave; votre espace client    Cr&amp;eacute;er ces &amp;quot;custom activiy&amp;quot; g&amp;eacute;n&amp;eacute;re le trigger associ&amp;eacute;, le filtre comportemental et le filtre d'inactivit&amp;eacute;.     6\/ Enrichir votre mod&amp;egrave;le m&amp;eacute;tier avec les objets custo de votre CRM  Tr&amp;egrave;s pratique entre autres pour vos campagnes de cross sell ou d'up sell dans Marketo: importer dans Marketo les achats de vos clients en termes de services ou de produits afin de pouvoir les cibler pr&amp;eacute;cis&amp;eacute;ment.    7\/ La mise &amp;agrave; jour des champs Company dans Marketo Attention au pi&amp;egrave;ge si vous &amp;ecirc;tes connect&amp;eacute; &amp;agrave; un CRM et que vous mettez &amp;agrave; jour un champ port&amp;eacute; par l'objet &amp;quot;Company&amp;quot; d'un contact converti en contact (OK c'est complqiu&amp;eacute; ;-)) Les modifications en seront pas prises en compte par le CRM car l'objet company n'est pas ma&amp;icirc;tre dans MArketo, c'est le CRM qui l'est.   8\/ Tracer les actions dans le temps pour savoir que telle action a eu lieu avant telle autre Encore un sujet compliqu&amp;eacute; mais qui arrive plus souvent qu'on le pense. Typiquement &amp;quot;je voudrais envoyer un email aux personne qui ont visit&amp;eacute; ma page we d'offre XX et qui ensuite se sont inscrites &amp;agrave; mon webinar&amp;quot; (l'ordre est important). Ce type de ciblage n&amp;eacute;cessite un peu d'anticipation.   9\/Cibler un comportement dans une campagne pass&amp;eacute;e Plusieurs fa&amp;ccedil;ons de cibler le r&amp;eacute;sultat d'un campagne pass&amp;eacute;e existent, selon qu'on souhaite l'&amp;eacute;tat r&amp;eacute;sultant actuel ou la dynamique pass&amp;eacute; de la campagne. Un exemple en image.   10\/ La d&amp;eacute;tection d'inactivit&amp;eacute; dans Marketo Attention au pi&amp;egrave;ge de la dur&amp;eacute;e de la  r&amp;eacute;tention d'informations  qui est parfois courte dans Marketo pour certaines types d'actions.   11\/ Mettre ses commerciaux en copie de certains emails Pratique lorsque vous voulez informer votre commercial qu'une personne de son portefeuille s'est inscrite au webinaire.   12\/ Possibilit&amp;eacute; de requ&amp;ecirc;ter sur les champs &amp;quot;Program Members&amp;quot; Nouveaut&amp;eacute; de Marketo, on peut cr&amp;eacute;er des champs sur les membres de programmes.
